Decem Invictus Dictata

To maintain order & fair play within our community we impose these 10 Rules to follow. If these rules are agreeable, leave a comment below, otherwise, we cannot let you join.

 Rule #1. Read Carefully Before You Agree 

  • Know all about us. Keep yourself informed and up-to-date with all current and future community plans.
  • Learn more and be aware of maintaining member qualifications. 
  • Blend in, adapt to our standards, and contribute to our goal (coz together we stand, or apart we’ll fall)
  • We do not tolerate idle players, inactive or low activity points will be evicted.
  • Read and understand carefully. (Rules, Policies, Terms, Conditions, Agreements, etc).
  • We impose very strict guidelines, if you feel unsafe, we recommend you STOP or cancel your application.
  • This code is our way to ENSURE, SECURE, and PROTECT everyone (including you) inside the community
  • We will require valid or sensitive information about you.
  • Invictus Esports shall not; nor will be liable for the exposure of your private details.
  • If you decide that you want to join, then you are AGREEING to our Laws and mandates.

Rule #2. Must Qualify Honestly

  • Few articles of this rule exclude administrative roles.
  • Invictus Esports will not accept members below 15 years old (not negotiable) 
  •  Admin applicants must be of legal age, 17 years old or above 
  • Members who manage to join will be evicted.
  • We will require proof of identity and will verify, 
  • Misleading data and providing false information will result in removal.
  • A player must not be below level 50, 
  • Must be the main account, 
  • Must have 1 Conqueror badge
  • Team applicants must not be below 5 members
  • Must be a global version, 
  • Not below 3 K/D at any time,
  • Asia server Only (not negotiable)
  • Submit only information proof of identity, valid e-Certificates, etc.

Rule #3. Must Rename it Correctly 

  • “Birds with the same feather flock together”…
  • Applicants must rename before joining with the correct format
  • IПVICTUS (a Latin word that means ‘unconquerable’) Esports requires all members to use gods/goddess names in mythology only
  • Copy the special characters except for the name that is unavailable.
  • Follow this format IПV。HrCLeS乛 
  • A maximum of 6 letters only, long names shall be shortened as readable as it means.
  • The name must exist in one of these three Mythology Only (Roman, Greek, and Norse)  
  • IGN must be approved by admins (after proof of name existence and availability), and a screenshot from the source is required. 
  • Using your own name of choice is prohibited however, there are certain exceptions that are allowed on a case-to-case basis.
  • These exceptions exclude claims from any clan bonuses available
  • A co-founder that has an existing active gaming page, Scouts, or Shout Casting Team shall have these exceptions. 
  • The official tag must not be used with explicit, racist, inflammatory, or offensive names, avatars, signatures are strictly prohibited.
  • You may not use an Invictus Esport’s logo or trademark in a disparaging or degrading manner.
  • This action will result in banning, blacklisting, and forfeiting all claims (everything you are entitled to will be forfeited)

Rule #4. Must Be Active or Likely 

  • Removal is imminent if; inactive in 5 days or more, low clan points (by admins determination), no achievement or incompetence, unable to maintain player qualification (below 3 K/D),  
  • Admins/Co-Leaders/Scouts/Promotion Team shall have this exception (they have different requirements) 
  • Follow all social platforms to be notified, all incoming events will be posted on it 
  • It is required to be active in chat, however, be responsible for your comment. 
  • This channel is used for important community matters, community updates, and for sharing gaming ideas only, DO NOT self-promote.
  • Talk less, Play More, and enjoy the game to motivate your clanmates.
  •  Abstainers at several events will be evicted
  • Changes to these rules will be made at our sole discretion. 
  • It is your duty to keep up-to-date by visiting this page for changes from time to time

Rule #5. Do Your Role or You Roll 

  • Every member plays a big role in our success.
  • This includes promoting the community in honest ways, fair, and just.
  • The duty to serve and protect our integrity
  • Detailed role guidelines and responsibilities will be available in your membership agreement
  • Unity bears success. It makes things easy. Make things possible.
  • Our success will depend on you and everyone’s effort, so be cooperative.
  • We encourage all members to play and execute their roles passionately.
  • Your position plays a big role in realizing the community’s common goal.
  • This goal is the foundation of the community to evolve, improve and survive.
  • To gain demands effort, so Do Your Role, or You Will Roll.
  • Admins will be assigned to a duty they preferred to do best.
  • We depend on each other. We must do things together, share the load, and contribute to a better community and future.
  • Be responsible. If you don’t have the will to do it; resign and leave it, and let others who can.
  • Absence of duty or leave without prior & approved notice that results in “incapability“, chaos, or poor service will be terminated.
  • Follow the specific guidelines, protocols, and procedures. Use only pre-organized answers, “DO NOT IMPROVISE OR ASSUME“.

Rule #6. Respect Everyone

  • This rule applies both in and out of the game.
  • We shall not teach you how to do it, nor tell you what is right or not.
  • Inappropriate behavior towards other members, non-community members, leaders, admins; or any that may bring a bad image will result in eviction.
  • Grave misconduct against anyone (includes report against you with evidence)
  • Whatsoever breaks any of the rules on mediums outside of our control will be subject to the same actions, this includes verbal, posting, images, videos, or disrespectful comments, on any gaming community. 
  • Must communicate with the utmost respect, we are NOT animals here, please act appropriately.
  • Depending upon the gravity of the misconduct, this organization will utilize the full capacity and capability at its disposal to dismiss, reprimand and penalize any member with such misconduct.
  • Mind your fellow members/teammates (when trash-talking anyone) or keep the offensive language private.
  • If it is not allowed on TV, it will never be allowed here. Be civilized. 
  • Respect other players and don’t be disruptive to their play space,
  • “If They Don’t Want To Play With You”, is because they have someone else to play with. DO NOT BE EMOTIONAL.
  • Posting content or opening a topic deemed not appropriate or related to the group chat channel (or a specific section therein), such as hostile attitude, spam, scam, or selling accounts will result in termination.
  • If, however, it is important, consult an admin for approval if necessary.
  • Spying or any other suspicious behavior that is deemed deliberately malicious to our community will be penalized severely. 
  • Disloyalty is a choice, not a mistake. It is treason and betrayal.
  • Invictus Esports will take appropriate actions and countermeasures.

Rule #7. Be Responsible

  • As a member, you have the responsibility to uphold the rules, follow the code of conduct, serve and protect, and help the community realize its vision.
  • OUR VISSION can be illustrated as…
  • “a boat full of GOLD bound upstream, (to deliver the gold to the PORT) if there’s only a few to paddle (rower), we will end up in the side, stagnant or will be forced downstream and destroyed. The gold fell under the water never to reach the port.
  • For us to deliver the GOLD we must overcome the stream.
  • To do this we must row hard together, make the same stroke at the same time, every MEMBER MUST ROW, every ADMIN hits the drum, and the LEADER to steer towards where our boat reaches the port.
  • Members must assist whenever doable, sharing posts, and promoting community events and services on any social platform.
  • Members that keep uncooperative will be reprimanded and if remains uncompliant will be evicted. 
  • Mind your actions, comments, and posts, being a member means all your misconduct may reflect the clan’s integrity
  • Members will be held responsible for “how to handle or solve any involvement in a dispute” against anybody inside or outside the community. 
  • Members to make accusations or reports about misconduct must submit valid evidence in private, baseless accusations are not tolerated. 
  • If you cannot prove it, keep it. 
  • Be responsible in-game. Use a headset with a mic, and help your team to achieve your missions. Communication is Key. 
  • Cast a vote, be on time, be committed, share ideas, make friends, join a team, find new allies in and outside the community, contribute
  • “The benefit of solitude is infinite,” says Robert Celner.

Rule #8. Prove Your Loyalty 

  • Trust is earned, respect is given and loyalty is defined in actions.
  • Loyalty signifies a strong sense of allegiance.
  • A member sponsorship ticket will prove your intentions.
  • Members are required to help promote our community to grow and make a better group to join; by funding, room card provisions, sponsoring an event, organizing an event, and inviting others to join in. 
  • Members are eligible for member credentials after (100 days) from the joining date
  • Official Credentials include an official member certificate (issued prior to good relations when exiting the community), official member data registration, official member ID, and clan perks eligibility 
  • If you are with a Team, refer to your team contract.
  • If you are an Admin, refer to your admin contract
  • If you are a team manager/handler, refer to your affiliate contract
  • Any actions or like as such: dual clan, membership in other community or interactions that is beyond your authority, impersonating admins or fellow members, tampering with Invictus official documents, illegal or unauthorized use of intellectual property, neglect of duty or defending the community affront written or verbally bused will result in eviction or penalty.
  • While you are part of our community, we expect this group to be your primary environment and not be part of any other group. 
  • Affiliations with other types of games that do not upset our interest however are allowed.

Rule #9. No Cheating

  • Any kind of cheating will result in an absolute ban and will have consequences
  • This action is not a mistake but a choice.
  • Any applications that are deemed to be illegal to any specific game are not tolerated. 
  • Stream sniping, website infiltration, or any other method of unfairly getting information to out-skill and harm another player/group will result in immediate termination. 
  • We promote fair play, utmost sportsmanship, and responsible gaming. We Are Not Burglars Here! 
  • E-certificates must be verifiable, and authentic, or must be posted on the hosting clan’s official page.
  • Failure to report your teammate will hold you accountable.
  • Furthermore, cheaters will be reported to the game support team.
  • Posting, sharing, or promoting illegal software or application is prohibited. 
  • If the game developer does not approve it; it will never be allowed here. 
  • Impersonating accounts such as specific gender requirements will result in the removal of both account owners. 
  • Piloting clan mates’ accounts (CLANMATES ONLY) however is allowed with moderation. Certain exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis, this includes room hosting, paid service to rank up, and gifted accounts. 
  • Be responsible for your game accounts. Keep them safe. 
  • Invictus Esports shall not be liable with regard to any disputed account. It is your sole responsibility and risk to gamble.

Rule #10. Leave and Forfeit Everything 

  • Leave without prior notice will be considered termination.
  • Inactive members will be evicted without notice, reconsideration, or plea.
  • Anyone that bears the official clan tag outside the community will not be acknowledged. 
  • Kicked Out, departed, resigned, evicted, dismissed, and terminated members forfeit all claims.
  • Shall no longer be eligible to collect clan member benefits, certificates, clan official documents, clan logo, clan tag, clan perks, website data access, community position, team handler services, allowances, group chat interaction, and all that is unarguably considered as Invictus Esports intellectual property and merchandise. 
  • All tangible properties, funds, and records must be surrendered accordingly.
  • While apart from this community, we will monitor & review parting members’ previous activity, current actions, and affiliations.

         *Invictus Esports reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone at any time. The Admin may, in its own determination and reasonable discretion, issue any or all of the following: (a) verbal or written warning, (b) suspension, (c) removal or eviction, (d) banning.
