We will assess if legal actions are necessary for the rectification or compensation not less than the total amount involved during the service. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These may have limited quantities and are subject to no return or refund (only change of service or divert to another) according to our Refund and Exchange Policy. We cannot guarantee 100% cheat-free competitions or secure lag-free matches rest assured our team will all the best as your host.
We reserve the right to set the time of release for any results, reports, and information after the service. We may, at our sole discretion, delay the posting of results. We will not release or transmit or forward, or be obligated to grant any request of UNOFFICIAL INFORMATION. Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- – Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
- – indecent background or belonging to any group that in our observation or known to be malicious – Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
- – Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
- – Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing Trade Commission guidelines and regulations, or any applicable state laws.
- – Violation of intellectual property rights. Invictus Esports reserves the right to require license agreements from those who employ trademarks in order to protect our intellectual property rights.
- – Offering rebates, coupons, or other forms of promised kick-backs from your affiliate commission as an incentive. Adding bonuses or bundling other products with, however, is allowed.
Part of this agreement is a contract to be discussed in private and shall also be subject to these Terms of Service. See our affiliation guidelines.
Section 7 – COMMUNITY MEMBER

SECTION 8 – BILLING AND USER ID INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any request or application you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per clan, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same user ID account, the same credit card, G-Cash, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be toxic, abusive, or known to us as a malicious team, community, or clan.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and contact numbers so that we can complete your application and contact you as needed We may require, or provide you with access to other apps over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such app ”as is” and “as a requirement” without any guarantees, representation, or information of conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of optional tools we require is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and read/ approve of the terms on which programs are provided by the relevant third-party application.
We may in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website including but not limited to Scrimmage Membership Fee, Pay-per-Match Scrimmage, etc… to which you may belong or be associated but abstain you or quitclaim to any returns. Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service
SECTION 9 – TERM or DURATION
When you sign up for a membership and register your account you agree to these Terms, the Agreement between you and Invictus Esport is formed, and the term of the Agreement (the “Term”) will begin. The Term will continue for as long as you can comply or until you or we terminate the Agreement in accordance with these Terms, whichever happens first. If you sign up for an account on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms and enter into the Agreement on its behalf.
SECTION 10 – USER COMMENTS, MEMBER FEEDBACK, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest ideas and entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary rights. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, lag-free, or cheat-free matches.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may suspend or remove the service for indefinite periods or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall Invictus Esports, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contributors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Invictus Esports and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference or your violation of any law or the rights anybody.
SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
SECTION 16 – TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to be part when you cease using our services or are no longer a current user, affiliate, or member.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all actions, amounts due up to, including during the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof), quitclaim to any benefits until the clearance is presented.
SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms and Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or with respect to The Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
SECTION 18 REFUND POLICY

To place a refund, return or exchange request for an order placed with Invictus Esports, You would need to contact us via email at support@invictusesport.com, by phone at +61 0476 101200, or by accessing Invictus Esports My Account.
Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within 2 days and we will notify you via email of the results.
Refunds, returns, or exchange requests are accepted up to 30 days from the date of placing the Order with us. We may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and Products at our discretion.
If you choose to pay by check or money order you may cancel your order before making the payment or in case the payment is not received by us in 30 days we will cancel your order.
You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. Please note that if the service is already rendered or delivered we will not be able to approve the cancelation request.
Some products have special conditions for returns as described in the Order or Product materials delivered (“Products terms”) so please read them carefully before making a request with our service. In case of misunderstandings between the Invictus Esports Refund Policy and the Product terms, the present Refund policy will prevail. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if due to our side’s error when you need to contact us and make a formal request.
If the refund request is granted by Invictus Esports, payments are refunded as follows:
Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;
Wire Transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days and the cost of transfer will be supported by the end-user;
PayPal payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;
Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) days.
If applicable, Invictus Esports reserves the right to hold the refund payment until we receive a completed letter of destruction of the Product signed by you.
The present Refund policy is part of the Invictus Esports TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
SECTION 19 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic Of The Philippines and Northern Territory 0870, Central Australia.
